| ah! Portfolio Startup We360.ai, a workforce analytics software, has successfully secured funding of INR 6.5 CR in the Pre-Series A round. The round was led by Real Time Angel Fund along with participation from majority of their existing investors including ah! Ventures Angel Platform, SucSEED indovation fund, GSF accelerator and Hem Angels. ah! Ventures has done 182 investments in 121 startups till date taking its total investment portfolio to INR 376 CR (~47 MN USD) with 16 exits and 47 follow on rounds. 28 investments have happened through all three platforms and the fund in 2023. |

| The newly acquired funds will be instrumental in driving We360.ai's global expansion strategy. By entering new markets, the company aims to extend its reach and impact on a global scale. Additionally, We360.ai plans to leverage the funding to incorporate advanced technologies such as generative AI, into its solutions, further enhancing its product. |
